Manifesto - Hiredar

The Hiredar Manifesto

Job search is broken. Hiring is broken. We're here to fix it.

The system today is toxic.

  • Job seekers send hundreds of applications into a black hole.
  • Recruiters drown in résumés, pressure, and impossible expectations.
  • And worst of all, ghost jobs (fake listings never intended to be filled) waste everyone's time. That's evil bullshit.

Why is this happening?

Because we've allowed hiring to become a numbers game instead of a human one. Most recruiters are good people working hard to fill roles, but are overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations from hiring managers searching for mythical "unicorn" candidates. Talented, deserving, and exhausted job seekers are forced into endless cycles of application after application, rarely receiving even a response.

We've reached a breaking point:

  • Recruiters are buried under piles of résumés, often from "spray and pray" applicants.
  • Job seekers can't get seen because they're lost in the noise.
  • Companies lose great hires because their process punishes candidates instead of empowering them.

It's a perfect storm of dysfunction:
Too much noise, not enough humanity.

It's time for radical change. That's why we built Hiredar.

Our principles are clear:

  1. Job seekers never pay. Ever.
Charging job seekers to be seen is predatory. Talent should never pay just to get an opportunity.
  2. Recruiters deserve tools, not more stress.
Recruiters want to connect talented people to real roles, not chase unicorns or wrestle with clunky software.
  3. Ghost jobs have no place here.
We devised a system that makes ghost jobs literally impossible.
  4. Recruiters find candidates, not the other way around.
The best way to take applications out of the process is to make them unnecessary.
  5. Job seekers deserve support, guidance, and a promising career.
We're here to help you find the right job, not just the next one.

We're recruiters, job seekers, hiring managers, and technologists fed up with the status quo. Together, we're building a hiring process based on fairness, transparency, and respect.

Let's fix this—together.
